Archive Purchase Terms
Effective date: January 1, 2025
These terms govern individual purchases of full-form prompt books from The Prompt Powerhouse Archive (Layer 3). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. What You Are Purchasing
Each Archive purchase grants you access to one specific full-form prompt system book. Full-form books are the expanded, comprehensive editions of the prompt systems — containing more prompt categories, more workflow variations, more platform adaptations, and deeper operational detail than their short-form counterparts in the Library.
2. Delivery
Archive books are digital products. Upon successful payment, the purchased book will be made accessible through your Prompt Powerhouse account. There is no physical delivery. Access is typically granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Ownership and License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content of the purchased book for your own business operations. You do not own the intellectual property of the book itself. All rights, title, and interest in the content remain with The Prompt Powerhouse. The full terms of permitted and prohibited use are defined in our Usage Policy.
4. Pricing
The price of each full-form book is displayed on the Archive store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary between books and may change over time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
5. Refunds
Archive purchases are subject to the refund conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. In summary: if you have not accessed or downloaded the book, you may request a refund within 7 days. If the book has been accessed, a refund is generally not available unless the content does not meet the institution's published standards.
6. Account Requirement
A Prompt Powerhouse account is required to purchase from the Archive. You do not need an active Library membership to make Archive purchases. Library access (Layer 2) and Archive purchases (Layer 3) are independent of each other.
7. Access Duration
Once purchased, a full-form book remains accessible through your account indefinitely, as long as your account remains active and in good standing. The Prompt Powerhouse reserves the right to update purchased books with improved versions, which will replace the original in your account at no additional charge.
