Refund Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2025
This Refund Policy covers both Library memberships (Layer 2) and individual Archive book purchases (Layer 3). Please read the section that applies to your situation.
Library Membership — Layer 2
Free trial period: New members receive the first 30 days of Library access at no charge. You will not be billed during the trial period. If you cancel your membership before the trial period ends, no charge will be applied.
Monthly billing: After the free trial, the Library membership renews monthly at $4.99/month. If you cancel during a paid billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current period.
Refund eligibility: If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, if a charge was processed after you cancelled, or if a duplicate charge occurred — please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge. We will review the matter and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
Non-refundable circumstances: Refunds are not issued for voluntary membership periods that have already been used. If you had active access to the Library during a billing period and used the service, that period is not eligible for a refund.
Archive Purchases — Layer 3
Digital product nature: Full-form prompt books purchased from the Archive are digital products. Once a book has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered.
Refund eligibility: If you purchased a book from the Archive and have not yet accessed or downloaded it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. If you have already accessed or downloaded the book, a refund is generally not available, as the digital product has been delivered.
Quality concerns: If you believe a purchased book does not meet the institution's published standards — for example, if it contains significant errors, missing sections, or is substantially different from its description — please contact our support team. We will review the matter and, if the concern is valid, issue a refund or provide a corrected version.
