Terms of Service — The Prompt Powerhouse

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Prompt Powerhouse's paid services, including the Library membership (Layer 2) and individual Archive purchases (Layer 3). By subscribing to a membership or purchasing a book, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Service — Layer 2 (The Library)

A Library membership grants you access to the full collection of short-form prompt system books available within Layer 2 at the time of your membership, as well as any new books added during your active membership period. Membership begins upon successful account creation and activation. New members receive the first 30 days at no charge. After the trial period, the membership renews monthly at $4.99/month unless cancelled.

2. Archive Purchases — Layer 3 (The Archive)

Full-form prompt books in the Archive are available for individual purchase. Each purchase grants you access to the specific book you purchased. Archive purchases are separate from the Library membership. You do not need an active Library membership to purchase from the Archive.

3. Payment and Billing

Membership fees are charged monthly to the payment method you provide at the time of sign-up. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains current. If a payment fails, your access to the Library may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Archive purchases are charged once at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Library membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Library until the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, your access to Library content will be suspended. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Content Ownership

All prompt books and their contents are the intellectual property of The Prompt Powerhouse. Your membership or purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own business operations. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share the content with third parties. See our Usage Policy for detailed permitted use guidelines.

6. Service Availability

The Prompt Powerhouse strives to maintain consistent access to its services. However, the institution does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. The institution is not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

7. Modifications to Service

The Prompt Powerhouse reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of its services, including pricing, features, and content availability. Material changes to membership pricing will be communicated to existing members before taking effect.

8. Termination

The Prompt Powerhouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in unauthorized use of the content, or engage in any activity that is harmful to the institution or its members.
