Usage Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2025
This Usage Policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of prompt book content obtained through The Prompt Powerhouse, whether through the Library membership (Layer 2) or individual Archive purchases (Layer 3).
Permitted Use
You may use the prompts and workflows in the books for your own business operations. This includes running the prompts through AI tools to generate content, copy, descriptions, and other business outputs for your own products, services, and platforms.
You may use the outputs generated by the prompts in your commercial activities — for your product listings, marketing materials, content systems, and other operational purposes.
You may adapt the variable placeholders to fit your specific business context, as intended by the design of the prompt systems.
Prohibited Use
Redistribution: You may not share, redistribute, forward, or make available any prompt book or its contents to any third party, whether for free or for a fee. Each membership and each purchase is for individual use only.
Resale: You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the prompt books, their contents, or any substantial portion of their contents in any form.
Reproduction: You may not reproduce, copy, or duplicate the prompt books — in whole or in substantial part — for any purpose other than your own personal business use.
Derivative works: You may not create derivative products based on the prompt book content — for example, you may not repackage the prompts into your own product, course, template, or tool for distribution or sale.
Account sharing: Your Prompt Powerhouse account is personal. You may not share your login credentials or provide access to your account to any other individual or entity.
Enforcement
Violations of this Usage Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, revocation of access to the Library and Archive, and, where appropriate, legal action to protect the intellectual property of the institution.
