What the workspace is
The Shipping Subsidy Workspace is the private online companion that comes with the book. It shows the 210 prompts organized into 21 categories and five stages, and it recognizes the highlighted details inside each prompt, such as order value tiers, shipping rate table, campaign dates or target margin. You enter each detail once and the workspace fills it into every prompt that uses it.
Who it suits
The workspace suits any Shopee seller who wants to work through shipping subsidy costs in an organized way, whether you run one shop or several, sell in one market or many, or share the work with a helper. Because the details you enter are facts about your shop, not passwords, you can share the same checklist and the same prompts with a team member without sharing a login. It does not replace Seller Centre, which stays the source of truth for your figures and for Shopee's rules in your market.
Step 1: choose your situation
Open the stage closest to where you are today: measure, decide, configure, respond or prepare. If you are not sure, use the situation table at the start of the book, for example a payout lower than expected, an invitation you must answer, or a campaign that is coming. Pick one category and one prompt rather than the whole book at once.
Step 2: enter your details once
Fill in the highlighted details shown for the prompt. Be exact: name the market, the current programme terms as shown in your Seller Centre, order counts, margins and dates. If you do not have a figure, leave it empty and ask the AI tool to tell you what to look up, which is how the prompts are written. Your answers are kept in your own browser so they are available the next time you return.
Step 3: copy and run
Review the personalized prompt, copy it in one click, and paste it into the AI tool you prefer. Read the answer critically. Ask follow-up questions where it is vague, and compare every number with your own statements before you act. The prompts are designed to ask for what is missing before they calculate, so expect questions back.
Step 4: keep your records
Save the result, the date and your assumptions in your own notes or spreadsheet. When Shopee changes a programme or a rate, change the corresponding detail in the workspace and re-run the same prompt. The categories on dashboards and monitoring show how to turn this into a regular review.
Privacy and safe use
Do not enter passwords, bank details, payment-card numbers or government ID numbers. Work with figures and descriptions, not credentials. AI tools can make mistakes, so keep your own sign-off on anything you send to Shopee or to a buyer, and never send information that is not accurate.
What to do when a Shopee rule changes
Shopee may change a rate, threshold or cost-share without much notice, and the change may apply to some markets only. When that happens, open the corresponding detail in the workspace, replace the old value with the new one from your Seller Centre, and run the prompt that recalculates cost or margin. Keep the old value in your notes so you can see what moved. The same approach works when you add a new market: copy the details for the first market, change the figures that differ and keep the structure.
Getting more from each session
Work on one decision per session and finish it. Start with the prompt that asks what is missing, add the missing figures, and only then ask for the recommendation. When the answer looks too confident, ask the AI to list its assumptions and to explain which of them you should verify first. Treat the output as a draft analysis that you check, not as an instruction, and note the date so you know when it needs refreshing.
Requesting the PDF
The book also includes the traditional PDF edition, which you can request by email whenever you want a copy for offline reading. Both the workspace and the PDF carry the same 210 prompts. To see everything that is included, visit the complete book page, the book overview, or read How Shopee Free Shipping Costs Reach the Seller for the background that the first category builds on.
