What this book actually is
This is an interactive problem-solving program presented as a complete digital book. Its pages explain what to do at each stage of an eBay seller level downgrade; its private Seller Standards Command Center lets you enter your own business facts once, personalize any of the 220 prompts, and copy the result into the AI tool you already use.
The prompts are written in your own voice and follow one pattern: they ask you for the numbers they need, reason through the problem step by step, and finish with a clear output such as a diagnosis, a checklist, a message draft or a plan. Nothing in the book asks you to hide a problem or to work around eBay's rules.
Who it is built for
eBay sellers of any size who have dropped a seller level, are close to dropping one, or want to understand why their numbers move from month to month. It suits sellers of used and new goods, small stores run by one person, and growing stores with helpers. It is especially useful if you only look at your dashboard after something goes wrong and want a calmer, more regular routine.
It is also useful for sellers who are Above Standard and want to work towards Top Rated, because most of the habits that prevent a downgrade are the same habits that Top Rated requires.
What eBay publishes about seller standards
At the time of writing, eBay says it evaluates sellers once a month, on the 20th, and assigns one of three seller levels: Top Rated, Above Standard or Below Standard. The evaluation looks back over a recent period that depends on how many transactions you have had. To meet the minimum standard, eBay says you may have no more than 2 cases closed without seller resolution (or 0.3% of transactions) and no more than 2% of transactions with defects. A high late shipment rate on its own does not make a seller Below Standard, but a low rate is required for Top Rated status.
These are eBay's published rules for eBay.com, as published by eBay, which may change. Different thresholds can apply on other eBay sites or for international buyers, so check the official pages listed at the end of this page before you rely on a number.

What the Seller Standards Command Center does
The Command Center turns the book into a working tool. You enter facts such as your product category, your transaction counts, your carriers and your evaluation dates one time, and every prompt that needs them is filled in for you. You can copy a finished prompt in one click, move between categories without retyping, and return later when the next evaluation arrives. Your details are saved in your own browser.
If you prefer a traditional document, you can also request the complete PDF by email, and the workspace can be used in the languages the book offers. Right now the book is available in English.
What the book does not do
It does not promise that you will reach any seller level, regain Top Rated status or improve your search placement. eBay decides those results using its own criteria. It does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not replace the figures in your Seller Hub. It will not help you hide defects, change tracking details, ask for feedback in ways eBay does not allow, or send anything that is not true.
What it does is help you find the real cause of a drop, choose the right fix in the right order, and keep records that show your progress.
How it connects to the guides on this site
Three documentation pages and two articles explain the problem in more detail. Start with how to diagnose a seller level downgrade if you are not sure what went wrong, the seller standards recovery workflow if you know the cause and need a plan, and how to use the workspace with your own metrics if you want to see how the prompts are personalized. The articles why eBay sellers lose Top Rated status and how to lower your eBay defect rate without guesswork cover the thinking behind them.

Frequently asked questions
Does this book guarantee that I will reach or keep a seller level or Top Rated status?
No. eBay decides seller levels using its own criteria, which it may change. The book helps you find the cause of a drop, plan a recovery and build better habits. It does not promise or predict any outcome.
Is the book affiliated with eBay or professional advice?
No. The Prompt Powerhouse is independent of eBay and the book is educational, not legal, tax or financial advice. For legal or tax questions, speak with a qualified professional.
Which eBay sites does it cover?
The examples follow the rules eBay publishes for eBay.com. Thresholds can differ on other eBay sites and for international buyers, so the prompts ask you to check your own Seller Hub figures and eBay's current pages.
Do I need to type all my details into every prompt?
No. In the Seller Standards Command Center you enter each detail once and it fills every prompt that needs it.
Can I get the book as a PDF?
Yes. The purchase includes the interactive workspace and the complete PDF, which you can request by email.
Will the book tell me to remove or hide negative feedback or defects?
No. The prompts help you check whether a defect was assigned correctly and prepare an honest request for review where it was not. They never suggest hiding problems or altering records.
